The renovated apartment is on the second floor of an old building in Poggibonsi. It consists of a well-equipped kitchen with excellent lighting, a double bedroom, a wardrobe and a small working area, a bathroom with sink, bidet, toilet, shower and a laundry room where there is a washing machine, dryer and clothesline. The apartment is perfect for one or two people and there is also a camping bed available. The space The house is nice, well maintained, renovated with heart as if it were our home. Perfect for a couple and for one person who is in the area for work. Composed of a kitchen/ living room, a bathroom, a bedroom, a service room for a total of 50 square meters of apartment. The parking is in front of the apartment about 100 m. Guest access Guests have the entire apartment on the 2nd floor in a condominium. Other things to note The basic rules of the apartment are as follows: it is forbidden to accommodate in the apartment a number of people more than that indicated in the ad (maximum 2 people). Failure to report the actual number of people will be reported to Airbnb and local expertise. I kindly ask guests to treat the house as if it were yours, with respect and cleanliness. No loud noises are allowed especially at night. Check-in from 3.00 pm to 8.00 pm. For check-in after 8.00 pm (subject to my availability and no later than 24.00) there is a surcharge of € 30 to be paid cash on arrival. Guests as provided by the regulations must pay the tourist tax equal to 2 euro per person for a maximum of 5 days, from March 1st to October 31st inclusive, according to municipal regulation.
