Fully stocked kitchen; coffee maker, toaster, microwave, stove/oven, pots and pans etc. Reverse osmosis water filtration system. This is a relaxing time in an owner-occupied neighborhood. Having a good time welcome, loud partying all night not permitted. Town quiet hours begin at 10pm, please do not book this house if you cannot respect the peace and quite of my neighbors. There are security cameras located around the property (outside).
