Kitchen with a large living area and a great view from the bedroom of the Trittenheimer Apotheke vineyard. Plus a large west-facing terrace. - 1 double bed 180x200 (down comforters), 2 sleeper sofas 140x200 (1 in the bedroom, 1 in the living area) - Smart TV in the living area - fully equipped kitchen with: dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, range hood, refrigerator with ***freezer compartment; high-quality tableware and wine glasses; Nespresso coffee machine (capsules provided for the first few cups), French press, and electric kettle. - Free, unlimited Wi-Fi - Large west-facing terrace - Heating: Underfloor heating, controlled from the room - Parking on the property, electric car charging station (for a fee), bike garage Kitchen towels, bed linens, and bath towels are provided. For bookings of up to 2 people, use of one bathroom is included in the price. Use of the second bathroom costs €25 per day and is payable upon arrival.  Our architecturally charming Moselhaus, newly built in 2023, is centrally located in the heart of the wine-growing village of Trittenheim on the Middle Moselle, just a few minutes’ walk from the banks of the Moselle. The three large, modern apartments can accommodate up to 14 guests. In your temporary home for relaxing days with family or friends, you’ll stay in bright, spacious rooms with a fresh atmosphere and high-quality amenities. Each of the three apartments has its own unique charm. After an eventful day, relax on the large terrace with a garden on the first floor or enjoy the view of the steep slope of the Trittenheimer Apotheke from the bedrooms on the first and second floors. Right next to the guesthouse, you’ll find a bakery, a butcher shop, and a small grocery store. Trittenheim and the surrounding area offer culinary diversity with a wide selection ranging from cozy wine taverns to 3-star restaurants. To explore the countryside, the well-maintained bike paths are ideal, as are the many varied hiking trails through vineyards and forests. There’s also plenty to discover by bus or sightseeing boat. We’ve put together plenty of information about these options for you in each apartment. Rentals are available for a minimum of 4 nights. On-site costs: Towels, bed linens, and dish towels are provided. There is a fee for the WalBox for your electric car. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
