Bay Area getaway w/ Pool + Heated Spa + EV charger

Spacious Victorian with POOL and EV Charger. 1/2 mile from downtown San Jose and close to airport. 4 bed/ 3 bath home with incredible backyard, equipped with 1/4 basketball court and gas firepit. Whole Foods, Coffee Shops and Breweries in walking distance! We have a movie style projector with Apple TV, Netflix and more! Full laundry room with washer and dryer. Our house is pet friendly, supplied with dog leash, pet bowls and several parks in walking distance. The space We are located a few blocks from downtown near Whole Foods. We have a pool in the back yard for guest use. We also have a basketball court, a firepit area with seating, and an EV Charger for you electric vehicle. We live in a commercial area so there are only a few homes on our block. The pool area is completely secluded. There are life jackets available for your child and dog. There is a large main bedroom + bath with a ton of closet space and California king size bed. The other three bedrooms and two baths are downstairs. Two bedrooms have full size beds and one bedroom has one twin bed and one full. Our family room has a movie style projector for fun movie nights with over 100+ movies on AppleTV with access to log into your own streaming accounts. The Ring doorbell has a surveillance camera on the front porch. PLEASE do not ask us for more than 6 guests onsite. PLEASE do not ask us to host a wedding party, baby shower, bachelor party etc. We are not an event venue. Guest access There is a lockbox for arrivals. We have pool and yard maintenance every Monday and Thursday for about 20min on those days. Other things to note We live here too during certain months so please don't smoke in our house! There will be a fine if you smoke inside our home. This will cover cost of smell removal and a professional cleaning. The small green shed and pool house in the backyard are locked and guests should NOT enter or use this space. Do not throw a party. If there are more than 6 guests at the house we will call the police and have your group removed and you will not receive a refund. Parties are not allowed and having guests over the max number will incur an fees. Please make sure the pool fence is locked at all times, especially if you have small children. There is NO lifeguard on duty.
