Welcome to Yanna's Transient House. We are located in Baybay, Roxas City. Just 2 mins ride to the airport, less than 5 mins ride to Culasi Port, 2 mins ride to SM City, Gaisano, & City Mall 5 mins walk to beach. The space - A Simple home with modern / industrial type design. - Plenty of plants around promotes cool and relaxing ambiance. - Powder room in the first floor - Full bathroom in the 2nd floor with shower. - Aircon master bedroom with smart TV and night cove lighting for better ambiance while you watch NETFLIX shows. -Second Room Electricfan use only - Full kitchen, gas stove, utensils and a large fridge. - Smoking is not allowed inside the house. You can smoke outside or the balcony. - Parking space available inside the property. Guest access This unit is a self-contained home. You will not be sharing the home with anyone else. Other things to note NOTE: ONLY MASTERS BEDROOM HAVE AN AIRCON 2nd Room ELECTRICFAN use only! - FREE NETFLIX - Public transport is available at the main road which is about 2-to-3 minute walk. - Our place also does not have a standby generator.
