This is a one bedroom apartment just a few steps from the Eiffel Tower, the Champs de Mars Park and the commercial rue du commerce. . This residential district has easy access to transportation with the Dupleix ( line 6), the Motte Piquet Grenelle ( line 6, 8 and 10 ) and the Champs de Mars Tour eiffel metro stations ( RERC direct to Versailles) . The Seine river bank is also around the corner. The apartment which is on the top sixth level ( seventh american ) of a XIX century building with elevator consists of a living room which provides a view of the Eiffel tower, a fully equipped kitchen with a washer/dryer combo , a bedroom with a hotel quality queen size ( 160cm*200cm or 65*80 inches ) bed with again the Eiffel Tower view, , a bathroom with shower and sink, and a separate toilet. The apartment comes free WI-Fi and free cable TV . The all-inclusive rental fee covers quality linens and towels. The location is very convenient to tour Paris. It is a walking distance ( five minutes) to Eiffel tower, museum du quai branly and Seine river . It is a lovely walk ( 30 minutes) or a short direct metro ride (less than 10 minutes) to the Tuileries garden , Louvre, Champs Elysees. Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 100pm and after 900pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. If the apartment is rented the night before we do not charge the early check in, we can check you in starting 1000am, keep your luggage but ask you to leave the apartment until the cleaning is finished i.e., around 100pm.
