We are near the city centre in a colonial building. Our rooms are comfortable with very soft beds, all rooms have private bathrooms, free wifi, fans, tv, etc. We offer a free delicious and typical breakfast. The space Hotel Posada del Sol is located near the main street in the centre, very affordable, close to the bus station and two blocks from the train station. It is an old colonial house in San Jose Metro, it is a nice place very quite, peaceful and clean. Our staff is very friendly, they give personal attention, you can hear the birds around and there are many plants and trees. We also count with a garden with BBQ area and a big common kitchen. In total we have 9 rooms with private bathroom each, good orthopedic and comfortable mattresses, hot water , wifi, t.v., fans and towels. We offer a free continental breakfast with fresh natural juice, coffee or tea, toast, fruits, eggs and gallo pinto (the typical breakfast in Costa Rica). The walls are painted by an artist and make our place one of the friendliest you can find. We are located in a nice neighborhood which is very safe. In walking distance you can find universities, museums, historical buildings, restaurants, cinemas, hospitals, bars, the bus and train station and around four blocks away is the San Pedro mall. Guest access Guests have access to the BBQ area and the common kitchen with refrigerator (which all have to be cleaned after using it). Other things to note We offer tours to natural places, national parks, and tours in the city. There is one tour in the night in a beautiful place with a restaurant with a nice view. You can see the city hall with our folclore, masquerades, and music. Make the reservation on tuesdays or before.
