This cozy unit is located above the family home in a nice quiet neighborhood. It is within minutes of downtown Springfield and the U of O. The upper story is assessable from the side of the main house via stairs. There is a deck at the top with an outdoor love seat to enjoy your morning coffee. It sleeps-4 with a queen bed as well as 2-comfy mats for kids. (kids stay free). The 2nd room has a queen as well. So just to clarify, if you have 4-adults and 2-kids, you do not pay extra Amenities include an under counter refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, ice maker, & Keurig, as well as a washer and dryer. It DOES NOT have a stove. Parking is near the stairwell.
