The Hammond cottages were built in 1919 and, while updated with modern amenities, still have a nostalgic feeling of days long ago. Across from the cottage is a playground with swings and a basketball hoop. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are very friendly. The kid’s bedroom has a hidden nook for chalk drawings and relaxing, the jetted bathtub and adjustable bed is perfect for relaxation. Pals, the Kingsport Merry-go-round, and other downtown attractions are within walking distance.
