Aspen Shores Lodge is a new luxury mountain-modern estate set on a private lake, offering the perfect blend of seclusion and luxury. Featuring 7 en-suite king rooms and 2 spacious bunkrooms, the lodge comfortably sleeps up to 40 guests. Designed for large gatherings, it’s ideal for family reunions, corporate retreats, weddings, or group getaways. Guests can enjoy the peaceful setting, upscale accommodations, and easy access to outdoor adventures near Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks. The space Aspen Shores Lodge – Property Description Main Floor The main floor of Aspen Shores Lodge is designed for both comfort and entertaining, with spacious entry points and thoughtfully planned gathering spaces. Guests may enter through the front door, opening directly into the grand great room, or through the mudroom, which connects to a laundry room equipped with three washers, three dryers, and a utility sink. Off the mudroom, you’ll also find a convenient half bath and access to the garage. At the heart of the lodge, the great room features a massive vaulted ceiling, a striking modern steel fireplace, and a large, open gathering area that seamlessly flows into the chef’s kitchen. The kitchen is anchored by a large bar with seating, complemented by a dining space for up to 40 guests. A walk-in pantry, complete with an extra refrigerator, ensures ample storage for extended stays and group gatherings. Entertainment is central to the main floor experience: - A game room outfitted with a TV, bar, pool table, ping pong table, and card table offers endless fun. - The outdoor hot tub, conveniently paired with its own half bath, provides the perfect space to unwind. - A dedicated theater room with stadium seating and a 90” TV creates a true cinematic experience for family and friends. For added comfort, the main floor also includes one of seven luxurious en suite king bedrooms, offering privacy and convenience without sacrificing proximity to the home’s main gathering spaces. The main floor of Aspen Shores Lodge blends luxury, practicality, and entertainment, making it the ultimate hub for gatherings, relaxation, and memory-making. Upper Floor The upper floor of Aspen Shores Lodge is designed to provide both privacy and spacious accommodations for large groups. This level features six luxurious en suite king bedrooms, each with its own private bath, ensuring comfort and convenience for every guest. In addition to the king suites, the upper floor includes two expansive bunkrooms, thoughtfully designed for groups and families: - One bunkroom offers 10 beds, ideal for smaller group lodging. - The second bunkroom provides 15 beds, perfectly suited for larger gatherings or youth groups. Each bunkroom is paired with its own dedicated bathroom area, complete with multiple toilets, showers, and sinks to comfortably serve large numbers of guests at once. Blending comfort and functionality, the upper floor of Aspen Shores Lodge ensures that everyone—whether in a private king suite or a shared bunkroom—has the space and amenities needed to relax after a day of adventure. Outdoor & Grounds The outdoor spaces at Aspen Shores Lodge are designed to make the most of its lakeside setting and provide guests with opportunities for relaxation, recreation, and connection. - Hot Tub & Patio – Unwind in the outdoor hot tub, or gather around the propane fireplace area on the spacious patio for cozy evenings under the stars. - Lakefront Fire Pit – Enjoy the serenity of the lodge’s private lake at the wood-burning fire pit, the perfect spot for roasting marshmallows and sharing stories. - Games & Activities – Challenge friends and family to a round of horseshoes, or take advantage of the summer season with kayaks and paddleboards, available for guest use on the lake. - Parking & Trailers – A separate parking area accommodates guest vehicles and provides convenient space for trailers, making it easy to bring along boats, ATVs, or other gear. The outdoor areas of Aspen Shores Lodge extend the comfort and luxury of the home into the natural surroundings, blending mountain living with recreation and relaxation. Guest access Guest access is limited to the lodge itself and the adjacent shoreline property located within the fenced boundaries of Aspen Shores Lodge. The lake is available for guest use; however, entry to land or shoreline outside the fenced Aspen Shores Lodge property is strictly prohibited. We kindly ask all guests to respect property lines to ensure the privacy of our neighbors and the preservation of this unique setting During your stay Aspen Shores Lodge offers the best of both worlds—peaceful seclusion with modern comforts. Because we’re in a semi-remote mountain location, the nearest town and services are several miles away, and help may take a day or more to respond (a little longer on weekends). Our team is available Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM, and you’re always welcome to reach out by phone or email after hours or on weekends. While we may not always be able to respond immediately, we’ll do our very best to take care of any needs as quickly as possible so you can relax and enjoy your stay. Other things to note Cancellation Policy – Aspen Shores Lodge 180 Days or More Before Arrival -Guests may cancel for a full refund, less the merchant processing fee. Between 180 Days and 60 Days Before Arrival -Cancellations made during this period are not refundable, but guests will receive a credit equal to the amount paid, which may be applied toward future stays. -The credit must be used within 365 days of the original arrival date. -Credit is non-transferable and subject to availability. Inside 60 Days of Arrival -Reservations are non-refundable and non-creditable. No refund or credit will be issued for cancellations made within 60 days of arrival. No Pet Policy – We know pets are family, and we truly understand how hard it can be to leave them behind. To protect guests with allergies and maintain the luxury finishes of Aspen Shores Lodge, we kindly ask that pets stay at home during your visit. Thank you for helping us keep the lodge comfortable and welcoming for everyone. No Smoking / Vaping – To keep Aspen Shores Lodge fresh and comfortable for everyone, smoking and vaping are not allowed indoors. Guests are welcome to smoke outside, and we kindly ask that all cigarette butts be disposed of properly. A cleaning fee may apply if evidence of indoor smoking or discarded butts is found. Thank you for helping us keep the lodge clean and inviting. Water Safety at Aspen Shores Lodge -Your safety is our top priority. While enjoying the private lake, please follow these guidelines: -Swimming and water activities are at your own risk – no lifeguard is on duty. -Children must be supervised at all times near the water. -Life jackets are strongly recommended when boating, kayaking, or paddleboarding. -No diving from docks or shoreline. Thank you for helping us keep Aspen Shores Lodge safe and enjoyable for everyone. Hot Tub Use Policy -Our hot tub is provided for your relaxation and enjoyment. Please use it responsibly: -Children must be supervised at all times. -No glass containers in or around the hot tub. -Shower before entering and avoid lotions or oils. -For safety, limit use to 15–20 minutes at a time. -Please replace the cover after use to maintain cleanliness and heat. Fishing Policy — Aspen Shores Lodge To preserve the quality of our waters and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for all guests, please follow these guidelines: Idaho Fishing License Required -Aspen Shores Lodge’s lake is a natural waterway, and all anglers must hold a valid Idaho fishing license, even though access is private. Guests are responsible for obtaining their own license before fishing. Catch & Release Only -To conserve fish populations, all fishing is catch and release. Please handle fish carefully and return them to the water promptly. Artificial Fly Only -Fishing is limited to artificial flies only. No bait, lures, or other tackle is permitted. Access Restrictions -Guests may fish the entire lake, but access to the shoreline is restricted to property owned by Aspen Shores Lodge. Please do not enter or cross onto neighboring lands. Respect for Others -Be courteous of other guests enjoying the lake or shoreline. Share the space respectfully so all can enjoy their time at Aspen Shores Lodge.
