Lake House on Lake Kampeska - Perfect family getaway!

Welcome to your perfect family vacation home! NEW IN 2025: We have completely re-landscaped the lakeside yard with two patio sitting areas, easy lake access to the dock and water, a beautiful firepit area on the lower patio, and space for dining and grilling under the pergola on the upper patio. With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, there is space for one to three families or groups to spread out. Perfect for small groups, too! (If you have questions about whether or not the house will work for your group's numbers, please message me) We have 116’ of lakefront and a very large grass lawn to play on. There are a couple of kayaks available for guest use so that you can enjoy being on the lake. Our shaded lakeside patio features a dining set big enough for six, as well as an additional loveseat couch. Enjoy your coffee in the mornings and the firepit in the evenings while basking in the panoramic lake views. There are three living room areas to enjoy: the lakeside living room features a fireplace and beautiful lake views with doors to access the lakeside patio. The den features a huge, comfy sectional couch with a TV that can access your streaming content. And the sun room features the best views in the house along with a foosball table and a conversation hangout area. All bedrooms have plenty of space with room for your luggage. Linens are provided and all bedrooms feature blackout curtains for late-sleepers. The house is located near Memorial Park Campground, which features playgrounds and hiking trails. And the walking/biking trail that encircles the lake is directly in front of our house (bring your own bikes). For boaters and ice fishers: there is a public boat ramp for larger watercraft not even a mile away at Memorial Park and a small lake access ramp for smaller watercraft or ice fishing huts much closer to the house. Boaters are welcome to tie up your watercraft to our dock for short periods of time when you can keep an eye on it (bring your own bumpers/fenders), but you will need to take your watercraft out of the lake each night. Hunters: Sorry, there is no garage access and no dogs allowed on the property. Note for taller guests: there are a couple areas with low ceilings on the lower level of the house.
