These are: - Illegal parking in the garage. - Using the elevators to move outside of the specified hours. - Pet dirt (grooming of pets in common areas). - Failure to use a swimming cap in humid common areas, especially in the swimming pool. - Leaving shoes in the corridor (outside apartment door). - Failure to return the shopping cart to its proper place. - Entering the squash court with inappropriate shoes. - Smoking in prohibited areas and causing alarms to go off. - Throwing garbage inadequately, such as in cardboard or paper bags. - For throwing objects from the balcony (garbage, cigarette butts, bottles). - Due to disturbances to the neighbors after 11 PM. - For not complying with biosecurity measures (not using masks in common areas, more than 3 people using the same elevator, failing to monitor vital signs before entering the gym and pool).
