**Experience the Essence of Italy at Podere Uccella: Your Perfect Countryside Retreat** Welcome to Podere Uccella, a stunning 13th-century stone farmhouse nestled in the heart of the Umbrian countryside, near the charming town of Orvieto. This beautifully restored villa, dating back to 1280, offers an authentic Italian experience, set amidst 25 hectares of organic olive groves, providing breathtaking views and an unparalleled sense of tranquility. The space On the garden floor there are three cozy living spaces, which of them guarantee an amazing atmosphere and one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. On the first floor: two bedrooms, including one master bedroom (two full size beds) with a large bathroom featuring a tub and separate shower, and one spacious bedroom (two French size beds) with a small separate lounge with a single bed and a comfortable bathroom with shower. On the top floor two bedrooms (queen size bed) with ensuite bathrooms (one with tub and one with shower) and one bedroom (queen size bed) with a small separate lounge with a single bed and ensuite bathroom with the shower. Adiacent to the main house is a guest house, accommodating two guests: one double bedroom (queen size bed) and one bathroom with shower . The swimming pool (8x16 mt.) has a pool house with: living room, a bathroom with shower, bar/wine cellar, dressing room, pergola with a round table, teak chairs and arm-chairs. The Villa sleeps a total of 16 people,14 adults and 2 children. All the bedrooms (except the additional building) have AC. All the windows of the Villa have mosquito net. On request a second guest house which sleeps 3 people, is available. The price of this second accommodation is not included in the price. The laundry room is outside of the main Villa You are free to use it. On request we offer the service as well of washing and pressing , at 12.00 per hour. The gardener will clean the pool every other day from 7.00 to 8.00 am. There is a service cleaning every other day. Guest access The guests can use all the listed spaces. Wine celler & boutique corner We offer a variety of local wines, white, red and prosecco with different price range. As well we sell our organic cold-pressed olive oil plus some fresh jam as well some other items. Horse riding and hiking or trekking are available in the area (if asked in advance). Tennis is available in Fabro (if asked in advance). Paddle is available in Fabro Scalo . Mountain bike are available to rent in Ficulle.
