For your work or study needs, the apartment also offers a dedicated work area, ensuring productivity during your stay. The building offers amenities, including 24-hour security, parking space, a social area, and an outdoor pool for you to enjoy. Make the most of your stay with access to the pool, open until 6:00 p.m. Guest access This building has many perks, one of them being its centric location, almost everything you need is literally just a few steps away. However, if you need to go further the bus station and train station are nearby as well, if you prefer to drive this apartment also come with parking for your convenience. Other things to note The rental rate includes a $100 electricity allowance per month ($3.33 per day). To track usage, we take a photo of the electricity meter at check-in and another before check-out to calculate total consumption in kWh. If your electricity usage exceeds the $100 monthly allowance, you will be responsible for the additional cost. In this case, we will send a payment request via Airbnb for the excess amount. Cleaning services are available upon request. This is a non-smoking apartment. A $600 penalty will be charged for any smoking violations.
