A few steps away is one of the nicest beaches on the island with the bluest shades of color you will ever see, and the ability to walk for miles in either direction. This property features a 20 foot opening glass wall on the ocean side for a picture perfect post card view. There’s a 12ft x 30 ft ground level patio, outdoor table seating for 10, a plush outdoor lounge seating set and a gas BBQ. There are 2 King Master suites upstairs with oceanfront balcony. The third bedroom has a new Queen bed and double bed , along with its own bathroom. The fourth bedroom is a lower level king master suite with a new rain shower. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer upstairs. Open concept kitchen offers high end appliances such as Kitchenaid oven/cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, pop/beer fridge, wine fridge and microwave. Satellite TV in living room and Master bedroom, TV/DVD in all bedrooms, and a DVD and book library for your pleasure. Don’t miss out on the rest of the island.
