TULUM Big 4 bed home in La Veleta near everything!

𝗡𝗢-𝗦𝗠𝗢𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 in this three-bedroom house with four beds & three washrooms. (outside is okay) Booking includes all three levels of this beautiful home quietly positioned between 2 large natural jungle lots where you'll likely spot toucans and butterflies. This family-friendly property is a safe, secure vacation home (not a party zone please) that is a 1 block walk to restaurants, bike rentals, and cantinas or grab some groceries and use the well-equipt kitchen with quality cookware. The space This newly built three-level home incorporates 2,000 sq. ft of finished floor area. The home was designed to accommodate six guests comfortably while providing plenty of private space for everyone. There are a total of five patio/ deck area: - Main floor: poolside and a large rear patio with grilling area and exterior dining table. - Middle floor: bedroom with pool view deck - Top floor: another bedroom with pool view deck and back tanning/ meditation deck The living room is comfortably furnished with a couch, love seat and chair to accommodate six people. If you decide to watch the included Netflix on the 50" large screen smart t.v.. It's Mexico so you need to have two dining spaces each to accommodate 6 people, one interior and the second is on the back patio where you'll also find gas grilling BBQ. The double-sided galley kitchen includes more cookware than can fit on the six-burner gas stove. All cutlery, plates, etc are high quality as this is a full-time home, not just a rental property. Above are 3 large bedrooms (2 kings and one with 2 beds) and 2 nice bathrooms with large walk-in showers. Multiple convenience stores are a short walk for basics. Drive-by taxis are common but you can call them on demand too. Central Tulum is a nice casual walk of only 2 km (1.2 mi.) Along the way, you'll pass by numerous restaurants, bicycle rentals, local vendors, ice cream, and souvenir shops. From central, it's only 2.2 km (1.3 mi.) North to the Tulum Ruins or east on the Coba road 3 km (1.8 mi.) to the Tulum Beach road where you'll find some of the worlds best beach clubs, ultra-chic shopping, and restaurants you'll be talking about for years. Guest access Security and comfort are most important for our guests. You must have a key to enter the locked property. The perimeter is secured with a tall concrete fence that is topped by another electric fence. Do we need it? Likely not but its about comfort and peace of mind. Yes, this is overkill but the home has an alarm system for those that want to super secure the home at night or when they go out. The central patio area and pool are common spaces. Other things to note Security is important for our guests comfort: - Built-in safe in each bedroom - Keyed only access to the property - Entirely fenced property - Individual unit Alarm system - Carbon Monoxide sensor - Motion-activated exterior lighting - We provide 6 rolls of toilet paper with the booking - Washer and Dryer may be used by guests. 1 washing of soap is provided - Linens and towels are provided per booked guest. (2 baths & 1 Beach) - We provide 2 jugs of purified water in 19L. jugs (Additional jugs are 50mxp) - Turn off the Air Conditioners when you are out Conserve energy and reduce the impact on the environment.
