Xáax (Laying Down)

Xáax is our third floor efficiency. The small room has plenty of natural light and all the necessities to be comfortable. The space is minimalistic with a few local plants. Clean water is provided directly from our water purification business. The fastest wifi available in Valladolid is setup. Host Carolina has a swimming pool available for guests across the street from the room. Xáax is three blocks from Convento de San Bernardino de Siena, and five blocks away from the center of the city. The space Xáax is a great little space to relax and take a break from all the wonderful things to do around Valladolid. Xáax has a comfy double bed and comfy chair to sit back and read a book. Enjoy this cute little spot while visiting this magical town. Guest access The room is number 5 inside the Hotel Real Maya, it is a blue building (white jaguar drawing) of 3 floors that has a unique style, where you will feel at home. The full address is Calle 48 number 213 x 47 and 49 Colonia Sisal, C.P. 97780. You must enter your room by going up the stairs and it is on the second floor. Other things to note There is a general access gate, you just have to open it and enter, we always give the key that opens the gate. Carolina lives in front of the building, you just have to cross the street and you will find her there, you will also find the pool in this place.
