The space Prime Studios offers privacy, with our beautiful forest-facing accommodations, with nature serving as the perfect backdrop for your stay. It is also allowed access to the property next door, it is a Guesthouse, a concept already established abroad but still little known in Brazil. Where you will live the experience of sharing a home with others without losing the comfort of the privacy of being in a room of your own. Shared living room with other guests, with a fireplace for use and 50-inch television with access to Netflix, YouTube and the best cable channels; Swimming pool, garden, terrace and patio are some of the beautiful places you can access. Uber is a low-cost option (example: a trip to the Capivari tourist center costs an average of R$8.00 and road costs an average of R$7.50). If you come with your vehicle, parking is free inside the property. Guest access At a distance of 1.3 km from the center of Capivari, the access is by means of a dirt road of 500m, from where you already have a privileged view of the Serra da Mantiqueira and the entire city of Campos do Jordão. If it does not come with its own vehicle, both taxi and app drivers usually circulate in the region. Other things to note With a view of the local vegetation and easy access to the pool on the property next door, the studio features a wonderful Queen bed, sofa bed, a single bed, fireplace, mini kitchen and a Smart TV. If you are bringing one or more pets, an additional fee is charged for each of our four-legged guests. You have the freedom to enter and exit at any time of the day or night as you will have the key copy and control of the gate. On weekends, we offer breakfast at our hostel at the property next door for an additional fee.
