The whole house is surrounded by large terraces in order to fully measure the beauty of this incomparable view. You will be sheltered from the world and lulled by the sound of the waves! The ground floor is the place to meet after a day outdoors, cycling or skiing! It includes a large open area that includes the fully equipped kitchen, the dining room and the living room separated by a double-sided fireplace! The atmosphere is warm and invites you to relax. The 4 bedrooms are of good size and one of them has its own little balcony, perfect for taking the-morning-coffee-with-a-view! The layout includes a second fully windowed living room on the garden level, two full bathrooms and a powder room. Spaces by floor: Garden level: Laundry room, bathroom with shower, bedroom with Queen-size bed, living room and access to spa. First floor: Powder room, kitchen, dining room and living room with fireplace. Upstairs: Three queen-size bedrooms, one with a small private patio, and a bathroom with shower. Take out your snowshoes or take advantage of the proximity of the Les Sources Joyeuses outdoor center (10 minutes), Mont Grand-Fonds (25 minutes) and the Massif (45 minutes) of the Petite-rivière for skiing and sledding.
