Other things to note A friendly resident dog, Bear, may greet and escort your vehicle when you arrive. Bear is comfortable with most dogs but is not cat-friendly. Coyotes, hawks, and other desert wildlife may be present, so closely supervise pets and children outdoors—especially small dogs. Access roads are unpaved and can become muddy after rain or snow; please remove muddy shoes before entering.
