A few minutes by car you can find supermarkets and typical restaurants. The art cities of Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Genoa are easily reachable and can be visited in a day. Possibility of renting boats and dinghies to explore the coast with its beaches and pristine coves. The apartment on the ground floor of the villa is ideal for a family, a couple or a small group of friends. Inside the spaces are very large, kitchen open to the living room, bedroom with double bed, sleeping area with two single beds as well as a sofa bed in the living room. Outside the terrace is equipped for outdoor dining. In the hottest season the microclimate remains cool and breezy even at night and the air conditioning, however present, is almost never necessary.
