Come and relax in our wonderful vintage cottage which we have lovingly restored and renovated over the past ten years. Decorated with vintage furniture, crockery and artwork with the modern necessities of a 65-inch LED television, DVD, Sky TV, iPod docker and Nespresso machine. Sit on our sunny deck under the massive old pear tree and admire the birdlife! Resident weka, tui, keruru, kingfisher and more have made our orchard garden home. Russell wharf and shops are less than five minutes away so you can easily walk to the cottage from the ferry. Located at the town end of Matauwhi Road, close to Christ Church. Perfect location for guests attending weddings & those who want to be amongst the action of vibrant Russell as you can park your car and forget it for the duration of your stay. Master bedroom with queen size bed, Twin bedroom with a double bed & a king single bed. And a lovely sunny double room make up our accommodation. Nightly rental is for five people. Ideally suited for couples, or families with older children over 10 years. Special conditions: Smoking allowed outside only & sorry no pets! This home is used extensively and is much loved by its owners. Please make yourselves at home, enjoy your stay but please look after her as you would your own home. Furthermore, we request no extra guests (other than by agreement), no parties, loud music or tents. NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition we would prefer you to bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels), however we are happy to supply.
