The apartment is very well equipped. The kitchen is brand new, as is the furniture. The terrace is very spacious and comfortable. It has a fixed garage in the building. We are in an urbanization on the beach 100m from "PUERTO DE LA DUQUESA" that has restaurants for all tastes, open all year round. We are in front of a golf course. The view is towards the mountains and the golf course, although we are close to the route we have soundproof windows and hot and cold conditioning. The urbanization has four swimming pools, a paddle tennis court, a gym, a games room and a reading room. Through the urbanization, you have direct access to the beach and the pedestrian path. We are near Sabinillas, a small town that has all the services (supermarkets, shops and bars and restaurants). We use this apartment regularly with our grandchildren and we put it together with all the comforts and with a lot of love.
