The apartment is in a Grade 2 listed building with large windows, high ceilings & exposed brickwork in the centre of bohemian NQ. Very central location, on the doorstep of local shops & bars. Five minutes walk to Piccadilly Train Station. The nearest tram stop is two minutes away which gives easy access to both Manchester City and Manchester United grounds. Please note that the NQ is a busy and vibrant area day and night. So please take this into consideration when booking the apartment. The space The apartment consists of an open plan living room and kitchen space, bathroom and double bedroom. The apartment is kept clean and tidy at all times. If you need anything at all during your stay please let me know and I will be happy to help. You will feel very welcome and at home here. Guest access I live in the apartment part-time, in the second bedroom. Due to my job I often travel and work away for long periods at a time. When you stay you have the entire apartment to yourself. Other things to note The apartment is a well loved home with a rustic Northern Quarter feel, just a stones throw away from everything Manchester has to offer. The Northern Quarter hosts a variety of fantastic shops, bars and restaurants.
