We have a protection plan in place included in the booking price, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. Please note: Before your booking begins, you will be required to confirm your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification. - No pets allowed. - Smoking is NOT allowed. - Fireworks are not allowed. - Parties or events are NOT allowed. - Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM. - Primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entirety of the stay - Please place the covers back on the Cowboy Pool and the grill after each use. - Unmonitored Cowboy Pool: SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. No glass in or around the pool area. - If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. - Additional charges (including shipping fees) may apply if personal items are left behind. - There are animals raised by locals near the property. Should they cause any noise disturbance, please notify us promptly. Parking Passes: Please ensure the parking passes provided are not lost or taken, and remember to return them before your checkout. A $500 fee will apply for unreturned/lost passes. HVAC Rules: Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible.
