Nice remodeled two level house in the woods of NW Arkansas. The house is on a quiet street with a fully fenced backyard near the lake, bike trails, and golf courses. Dog crates (2 L and 1 L metal fold up) are provided for your family companions! ***BEDROOMS*** This home features 3 bedrooms, each with their own TV, closet, luggage rack, and hangers. The primary bedroom is quite sizeable with a king bed, and includes it's own ensuite bathroom/shower as well as its own washer and drier. The second bedroom has a king bed, and the third bedroom a single and a double bed. ***BATHROOMS*** There are three bathrooms in the home. The first one is attached to the primary bedroom as an ensuite. The second bathroom is in the hallway upstairs nearest to the bedrooms and living area. The third bathroom is a half bath located in the game room. All full bathrooms include towels and essential toiletries (body wash, shampoo, conditioner). The game room also contains a dog wash station for dogs of ~60lbs and less. The shower head is able to accommodate dog shampoo with a setting on the side of the shower head for using soap or rinsing. ***KITCHEN*** Enjoy your inner master chef with a fully stocked kitchen to create your amazing meals. Aside from all the kitchen basics, you’ll also find a toaster, a blender, and a dishwasher. The dining area contains seating for 6 and there is bar seating at the counter as well with an additional 4 barstools. Enjoy the coffee bar with an amazing cup of joe while you sit on the elevated deck and take in the majestic views NWA has to offer! ***OUTDOORS*** This property has an elevated deck with amazing views, rocking chairs, and a table/dining area. The elevated deck also contains a gate to isolate it from the lower area. The backyard additionally contains a firepit area with log seating. The backyard provides a fenced area for your furry friends, and various pet supplies and bags for waste! ***EXTRAS*** This home contains a full game room with 2 arcades, mini hoops, multiple game table (foosball, ping pong, pool, etc.), additional pac-man arcade games on TV, and large size TV. There is additional seating and a table area. This home is pet friendly, and dogs stay free! We provide your family with 2 L dog crates that are in the living area and primary bedroom, as well as 1 L collapsible metal crate for use when you leave the home. Dogs must be potty trained and crated when leaving the home, no dogs are allowed on furniture or bedding, this allows us to continue hosting without pet fees! Guest access Guests have access to the entire property including the garage. There is additional parking near the stairs that is paved for 2 cars to pull off of the road. There is a small area for bike parking with a plug-in setup for E-bikes along with shelving for bike gear. We are able to provide a guest property owner association pass if you wish to have access to the lakes, golf courses, or other POA amenities, please request at least 2 business days in advance! This allows for kayaking/swimming, gym use, or any of the other POA amenities that require a direct pass. Other things to note The driveway is steep so if you do not feel comfortable please park in the 2 spaces up at the top of the drive. The backyard is also reasonably steep as many are in the area, so please take care if going down to the fire pit. The steep yard makes for amazing views from the deck!
