You can fully relax and get immersed in nature; yet, it's just a couple of blocks to the nearby brewery and downtown. Need to stay longer? It’s unique because it's surrounded by nature, contains a hot tub, sauna, bar, woodburning fireplace and chef’s kitchen. At over 2100 sq feet, it's large enough for the whole family, a couple's trip or a girls' spa weekend (sleeps 8). You can fully relax and get immersed in nature; yet, it's just a couple of blocks to the nearby brewery and downtown. Blue Dream is located in a neighborhood that is a few blocks to downtown and the brewery. The Little Miami Scenic Trail (bike path) is at the end of the street and connects Springfield to the Cincinnati area with lots of stops in between. A park with a pond is also just a short walk away. There's also quick access to route 68, 70 and 675. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except for any locked closets. Guests also have access to the entire property except for the garage and outdoor shed. There is plenty of off-street parking - enough for 4 or 5 cars and more parking across the street. Other things to note The house is much bigger than it looks from the outside. It's bigger than 2100 sq feet and has a unique layout with 2 different sets of stairs, furnaces and air conditioners. Additionally, there are lots of windows and natural light, so we recommend keeping the curtains pulled to help keep temperatures comfortable throughout the large house. There's a couple of quirks in the primary's bathroom. The shower plumbing is the opposite of what you are accustomed to and it turns on by pulling down on the nozzle.
