Cristina - Theater Home, with pool and marvellous lake view

The apartment Cristina is located in a small residence consisting of 20 apartments located in Tignale (Olzano) and offers a wonderful view of the lake. From the two balconies, from the garden and from the beautiful swimming pool (about 30 square meters) you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains. A few minutes’ walk you reach the charming centre of Gardola where there are romantic alleys and several shops that accompany a pleasant walk. You will also find various shops, a petrol station, a pharmacy, a doctor's office and also some bars, restaurants, pizzerias, oil mills, etc. A few minutes by car or shuttle bus (free for our customers) you reach the well-equipped beach "Pra dela Fam". The apartment, located on the first floor, is a 45 square meter studio that can accommodate from 2 to 4 people. Inside there is a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, one balcony with lake view and one with mountain view, bathroom with shower and mezzanine with double bed. The comforts of the apartment include a kitchen with 4 burners and an aspirator, a fridge, a freezer, a German coffee machine, a microwave, a kettle, satellite TV, washing machine, drying rack, umbrella and deckchair. A private parking space and swimming pool are shared with the rest of the residence. Bed linen and towels are not included in the price, they have an extra cost of € 5,00 per person for towels and € 8,00 per person for bed linen. Soap, oil, salt, pepper are not available in the apartment. Sport and health: outdoor pool 2 km away, tennis court 500 mt away, mountain-bike (possibility to rent them in the Tabaccheria Ferrero), sailing and surfing at about 7 km at the Port of Tignale. Golf about 13 km away at Golf Bogliaco.
