The space The apartment is a studio apartment of about 40 square meters and the structure dates back to 1695. It is located on the second floor of the complex and overlooks the internal garden with a private balcony. All the furniture is modern. The unit consists of a large living room with a double sofa bed, a dining table and an open kitchen. Anteroom with wardrobe. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Guests have access to all the kitchen accessories: dishes, pots, cutlery, glasses for wine tasting, as well as a toaster, kettle, coffee maker, iron and ironing board. The dining table is for 4, ideal for those who have to work remotely. In the room there is a stereo system with CDs, a television, and books in different languages. Outside: garden, parking space, BBQ and tables for outdoor dining. A two-story cottage as a relaxation area and a second cottage for eating in the shade, a pleasant area of freshness.
