The space The ground floor comprises a boot/utility room fitted with a sink, coat hooks, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge-freezer, a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, second fridge, microwave and ironing facilities, plus a table and chairs seating six. There is a lounge with a wood-burner (a complimentary basket of logs and kindling is provided), a 40 inch Smart TV and extensive views to the moor, along with a single bedroom and a bathroom with walk-in electric shower, toilet and hand basin. Upstairs you'll find a bedroom with a king-sized double bed and panoramic moor views, a twin bedroom, and a family bathroom with a bath, separate walk-in rainfall shower, toilet, hand basin and hairdryer. The cottage has full central heating throughout, with bed linen, towels and free wifi included. Kitchen essentials such as washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll, washing machine tablets, bin bags, cling film, foil, toilet rolls and hand wash are all provided, and a travel cot and highchair are available on request at no extra charge. Outside there is a secluded, lawned garden directly beside the property with far-reaching countryside views; as the garden attracts plenty of wildlife, dogs should be kept on leads when outside. Ample on-site parking is available on the drive beside the property. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, up to a maximum of two, for a supplement of GBP 20 per dog, and should be kept to the kitchen and boot/utility room on the ground floor. The property is strictly no smoking and no vaping.
