The space The house has double-height ceilings, favoring ventilation and comfort. Natural Light. The TV room, dining table and kitchen are integrated into the leisure area (swimming pool, barbecue and garden), enabling the integration of friends and family. The leisure area with a wet-edge pool, children's pool, beach, barbecue, coconut trees, succulent plants, orchids and comfortable and safe sun loungers will bring you peace and tranquility. The silence of the outside area of the house allows you to enjoy birds, butterflies that visit us constantly. Other things to note We accept pets, upon payment of a fee/night - the amount must be consulted at the time of booking. The pool area waterfall is for decoration only. In the garage of the property there is a red and black buggy, the use of which is expressly prohibited under any circumstances. Failure to comply with this rule may result in early termination of the lease, for violation of house rules. The Condominium requires presentation of a photo ID of all guests, license plate and model of the cars that will enter the condominium at least 2 days before Check-in. Parties are not allowed. Guests are not allowed to enter and/or stay in the guest house. For early check-in or late check-out, if available, payment of an amount corresponding to half the stay is required. We recommend a daily cleaning service during your stay. ***As for the internal rules of the condominium: It is strictly prohibited the noise in homes, streets and common areas: shouting or noisy, exercising an uncomfortable or noisy profession, abusing sound instruments or acoustic signals, provoking or not seeking to prevent noise produced by an animal that is guarded, in the daytime period (from 8 am to 10 pm), until 50dB(A) and at night (from 10 pm to 8 am), in up to 45dB(A). ***It is essential to respect the internal regulations, which reinforce that loud music, parties, shouting and noise are not allowed. If there is any, the condominium security will come to the house to measure the noise with a decibel meter and the guest responsible for the rental will pay a fine of at least R$4,000.00 (four thousand reais) per infraction. Failure to comply with the above rules may result in early termination of the lease, for violation of house rules.
