Stunning flat in quiet surroundings, 10 min walk to Ascot Racecourse

This modern one bedroom newly furnished apartment is within 5 min walking distance of Ascot High St and 10 min walking distance to the main entrance to Ascot Racecourse. Wells Lodge is not overlooked and is located in 0.7 acres on a lovely quiet road with secure off-street parking behind gates. Wi-fi included. The living area has a sofa bed, TV, dining table that seats 4 plus a desk. The kitchenette is open plan and has a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster plus crockery/cutlery/glasses/etc.. There is a compact bedroom and a shower room, fresh linen and towels included. Please note that, due to the sloping ceilings, the bed is low and there is no cupboard for hanging clothes but there are hooks on the bedroom wall and hangers. An iron, ironing board and hairdryer are available. We do have a travel cot for babies, please request in advance. The property is set in a private garden, with access up a flight of steps from the parking area. Please note that guests do not have an outdoor seating area. Virginia Water, Windsor Great Park, Windsor Castle and Legoland are all a short drive away. Taxi to/from Ascot Station (£5) or Heathrow (around £30) are easy to book if you need one. We will be usually be here to welcome you and ensure you are comfortable after which we will leave you to enjoy your break.
