Designed to offer you a pleasant and unconstrained stay, the house is perfect for relaxing with family or friends after a day at the beach or exploring the Bigouden region. The space The house, spacious and bright, is perfectly suited for a stay with family or friends. High-speed wifi •• Exteriors & Services Enclosed garden with terrace, outdoor furniture and barbecue Private heated pool (9 × 4 m) Electric vehicle charging station (paid service) Everything is designed to offer you comfort, autonomy and relaxation, in the immediate vicinity of the sea, the port and the beaches of Loctudy. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire house, including the garden, terrace, private heated pool (9 × 4 m), as well as all indoor spaces: living room, kitchen, bedrooms, mezzanine, etc. No space is shared: the accommodation is entirely private for the duration of your stay. Parking is free on site, in the private driveway. A small free public parking lot is also located right in front of the house, ideal for accommodating additional vehicles. Check-in is self-service with a lockbox. Once you are settled in, we will come by to greet you to make sure everything is in line with your expectations and that your stay starts in the best possible conditions. Other things to note The pool is secured by a cover and regularly maintained. End of stay cleaning is included (please leave the house tidy before you leave). The bed linen and towels are provided. No pets are allowed, thank you for your understanding. The house is non-smoking indoors. A small free parking lot is available just opposite, in addition to private parking on site.
