Cajueiro retreat - sleep to the sound of the river in the backyard

AVAILABLE FOR ANNUAL RENTAL UPON REQUEST. ---------- Charming and cozy house located 6 km from one of the most beautiful historic centers in the world, in the city of Paraty-RJ. Ideal place to welcome people who wish to enjoy a quiet with sounds of nature, birds and river. The house, with an individual fence separating the area from its surroundings, is fully integrated with nature, with a paradisiacal river in the backyard, perfect for resting or working from home, or even bringing your pet friend with you. The space Casa do Canto consists of a living room, bedroom, bathroom, a full kitchen with everything you need for cooking, a full service area and a charming balcony:) The house is inside a condominium of a few houses and at the bottom of the property the guest will have access to the Perequêaçu River, perfect for relaxing and cooling off without having to leave! The space is ideal for a couple or small family with 1 child. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, and in the living room we have a sofa bed made with a double futon. If the family consists of 4 people, 2 can sleep in the living room, just pull the futon to the floor, and there is also a curtain to give a little privacy. Here, all family formats are welcome :-) Guest access The Guest will have access to our beautiful garden and the river that passes a few steps from the house, in our backyard. You can also park your car in a designated place. Other things to note Paraty is situated in the middle of the Atlantic forest, so it is naturally hot and humid weather. Fortunately we live in a small paradise and do not need air-conditioning, our fans and the diving in the river that is in our backyard resolves the case well;o) Drinking Water!! You will probably drink the best Water you have ever tasted, our Residential is powered by pure spring water and to drink we just passed the clay filter. It is important that they bring repellents and sunscreens. VIDAS SILVESTRES: It is important that you know that you can find animals, from conventional insects, to caterpillars, gambar, monkeys(micos), beautiful butterflies and birds, no matter what they are, we do not feed any of them with human food. Their visit and constancy depends somewhat on the time of the year. As it is described in the items available in the house, we will have a set of bed and bath linen for each guest. If more extra bedding is needed or towels, it will be possible to access for an additional amount. PETS IN RESIDENCE We receive small and medium-sized docile kittens and dogs, who must always walk through the condominium and common areas with their guides and collars. Because we have several houses and other dogs in space, we do not receive dogs like Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Pitbull, etc.
