Boobook - 2 Bedroom Californian Bungalow

Boobook is a self-contained Californian Bungalow, nestled in the garden and overlooking the land and bush. Two separate queen-sized bedrooms are available. The dining table has a beautiful view, the kitchen and bathroom are modern, and there is a large bathing tub. Central heating/cooling is available for efficient temperature control. From the end of September 2025 linen will be supplied. The space The House is situated on a 2.5 acre section of lawn, garden and native bush with large Gum trees. The view from the backyard is like you are in the middle of the Otway Forest. There is a Studio building next to the House, but separate, that is sometimes occupied by us. It is not leased out. On the southern boundary, there is a retreat building that is the size of a large house. No events will be running when the house is made available on Airbnb. Guest access The guest have exclusive and full use of the 2 bedroom house and the balcony immediately beside the house.
