Completely renovated! This unit has been renovated from top to bottom! Unit is located on the 2nd floor on the north-front side of the building. Unit offers a queen bed and a queen murphy bed. Unit does not have cable. Smart TV only. This unit is not pet friendly. Saturday-Saturday rentals only during season. Linens & towels can be purchased at an additional cost. Linen package includes sheets, towels and beach towels for max occupancy. Renters must supply their own paper products. Check in is between 2 and 5pm. Check out is 10am Sharp! This unit comes with 1 covered parking spot in the garage. If you need more parking, you can purchase a Rehoboth Beach town permit to park in any of the non-metered spots. Building turns the AC on May 1st and turns it off Oct. 1st. PLEASE NOTE Bookings made for the following year may be subject to rate and date changes.
