Welcome to Naples Maine, located 35 miles west of Portland. The home is located on long lake with 100+ of gorgeous sandy beach. Not only is it sandy, the beach has gradual entry excellent for young kids, and a dock which is perfect for your boat. No boat? Not a problem, you are able to rent a boat right next-door to Long Lake Marina. If you enjoy water sports, then you are in an excellent location. Within walking distance, you can rent Jet Ski’s paddle boats, or take a seaplane ride. If you prefer to sit back and relax, take a scenic ride on the Songo River Queen a 90 footlong paddle wheel boat that will take you for a beautiful sunset cruise on Long Lake. Oh, did I forget to mention that there is over 40 miles of waterfront that takes you through the locks all the way to Sebago Lake. Not into water sports? You have a really beautiful long lawn perfect for outdoor activities and lakefront dining. Relax on the call of the loons. With a short walk distance is the Naples library, shops, restaurants, and a long causeway perfect for walks or bike rides. For the golfer there are two nearby golf courses, Point Sebago and Bridgeton country club. The home was built in the 1880s and has been totally renovated with beautiful wood floors, high ceilings,3 bathrooms,5 bedrooms and kitchen. We have cable and WIFI.
