Unwind in this desert Oasis! This spacious guest suite is part of a new community in Maricopa and only minutes from everything you need. You will have your own private entrance to the Casita with a full kitchen, separate bedroom, bathroom, and laundry with a dryer/washer. This place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and small families. The community has parks, basketball courts, walking trails and is less than a mile from almost anything you need! The space The living area is perfectly set up to relax and get away from the desert heat. You will have access to free Wifi, roku TV, and a coffee full kitchen with all the essentials! Highlights: Washer/dryer, full kitchen with pots/pans, bathroom with towels and essentials supplied. Guest access The casita on the left side of the house is part of this stay 🏜️ Other things to note There is a shared wall with the main section of the house but there are no common entrances or shared spaces. The walls are insulated for some sound proofing but intermittent noise may still be heard.
