House Sergio is situated in quite part of Porec, only 10 minutes walking from the nearest beach and 700 m from the city center. Shops and restaurants are 100m away. There are two apartments in the house and the owner live on the 1st floor. The space Apartment Sergio B4 with a surface of 60m2 for 4-5 persons is located on the ground floor of the house and it consist of: living room with kitchen and dining table, satelite tv and a couch for one person, two sleeping rooms with double beds, nice terrace with sitting set and bathroom with shower/toilet. Air condition and Wireless LAN Internet are included in the price. Other things to note Supplements that are not included in the price of accommodation and are paid on the day of arrival in cash: *The deposit is paid upon arrival at the house and is 100,- EUR (the deposit is returned when leaving the house after checking that there is no damage). *Pets are allowed, please specify when booking.
