Crows Nest

The Crows nest an updated, off-grid, modern cabin, with amazing views in the mountains of Colorado. Unfortunately at this time Clear Creek county has banned all Barbecues and fire pits at short term rentals. We are sorry that we can no longer provide these amenities. The space The house offers 3 bedrooms and a bonus loft. Master bedroom has a king sized mattress,TV, and walk in closet. Room 2 has a queen size mattress, TV and closet. Room 3 has a queen sized mattress and closet. Bathroom 1 on the main floor has shower and vanity. Bathroom 2 on the 2nd floor has tub/shower and double vanity. The Crows nest or loft has a couch, table and chairs. This room has the best view in the house. The Living room has a TV, huge comfy couch and table. The kitchen has stove, oven and fridge. All utensils, pots and pans supplied. Other things to note Idaho Springs, Colorado, United States Idaho Springs is an old mining town that has been revived. Worth going down for dinner or lunch. As you drive up the short dirt road through aspen and evergreens you will likely see an assortment of wildlife including elk, deer, moose, fox, and birds. This property is on 4 acres so and surrounded by public land, so there is lots of area to explore. Views from house include Grays and Torres. While Mt Evans can been with a short walk up tot he tiny house. You are within 20 minutes drive to Loveland Ski Area. 1 hour to Keystone. For hiking, snowshoeing, split-boarding or touring definitely check out St Mary's Glacier for winter or summer. After a day of adventures , you might want to check out the casinos in the gambling town of Blackhawk. It's 18 miles or 30 minutes away. Registration Details STR25-006
