Summary: This is a delightful Umbria holiday rental. The apartment is located within walking distance of the charming village of Paciano. Sleeping up to 6 guests in two bedrooms and with a sofa bed, it is extremely tastefully furnished inside whilst outside there are idyllic grounds to enjoy along with a communal pool. The Space: Inside, there is a spacious open plan living and dining area. At one end of this room, there is a large wooden dining table seating six and a sideboard, whilst at the other two sofas (including one sofa bed) and an armchair are arranged around a coffee table. A small but well equipped kitchen leads off this room. Upstairs at this Umbria holiday rental, there are two bedrooms. One is furnished with a double bed whilst the other has two single beds (although these can be pushed together to form a large double bed if required). These rooms share a bathroom with shower. Outside, as well as the extensive communal space at this Umbria holiday rental, there is also a private terrace equipped with table, chairs and parasol for al fresco dining. A communal swimming pool (6 x 12 metres) is shared with guests staying in the other three apartments on site. From here, guests can enjoy wonderful views over Paciano and the surrounding countryside. The Neighborhood: This Umbria holiday rental is one of four apartments situated on a 2.5 acre estate which is filled with olive groves and fruit trees. The apartment is within easy walking distance of the village of Paciano which has a number of excellent restaurants along with a number of cafes and a village store. It's a charming village which is also included on the list of the borghi piu belli d'Italia. It's just a short drive from this Umbria holiday rental to other ancient hilltop towns in Umbria including Citta della Pieve and Chiusi. However, it's also within easy access of some of Tuscany's most famous towns including Cortona and Montepulciano and, just 1.5 hours from Florence, it's the perfect base for those looking to discover the very best that both regions have to offer.
