It also comes with a sleeper sofa in the living room, a wonderful full kitchen, and 2 spacious bathrooms. Your Flagstaff 2-bedroom deluxe suite is sure to become your home away from home. Guests can enjoy TV/DVD player, Internet, a fire place, ceiling fans, jetted tub (in most units) a washer and dryer, an in-room safe, and a balcony or patio to complete the unit. NOTE: Guest must be 21 to check in. ADA ACCESSIBLE UNIT POSSIBLE We do not own a specific unit with the resort, rather work from their live availability. Our listings include both standard and accessible units, as these units have similar layouts and accommodations. GUEST NAME CHANGE POLICY Guest name changes on the reservation must be made more than 15 days prior to check-in. The resort charges a $99 guest name change on the reservation. RESERVATION CHANGE POLICY All date, unit, or location changes made are subject to a $30 change fee. Any changes are subject to the resort’s availability. CANCELLATION POLICY A full refund will be provided for cancellations that are made 31 days prior to check-in. A 50%refund will be provided for cancellations 30 to 15 days prior to check-in. No refund will be given within 14 days of check-in. LOCAL CHARGES (MOST RESORTS) $150.00- $360.00 Security Deposit will be paid on arrival and be refunded on departure. Parking Fee: Most resorts have free parking, but it is not guaranteed. Resort Fee: Most resorts do charge a refundable security deposit.
