This cool apartment is a 75 sq. meters flat with 2 bedrooms , 1 bathroom and a wonderful terrace. The apartment is fully equipped with air condition in every room, kitchen, wifi, stereo, and everything that will make your stay unique in Milano!!! Garage is 5 min walking from the flat (approx. 20€ night). Garibaldi station metro & train station is 5 min walking far and Central station, Stazione Centrale, it's located at 15 minutes far away. The area, called Isola, is full of bars & restaurants. The space Is a great apartment up to 4 people in the coolest area of milano - this is the hipster area full of small restaurants, bars, cafes , small shop and a wonderful market on Saturdays to buy fresh Italian food - you are in the center of milano but you will feel belonging to a small community. Other things to note A deposit of € 500 is required to be paid before check-in by credit card or bank transfer; for stays longer than 120 days this amount will be € 1000. We provide our guests with a regular rental contract and for this procedure we need to have a copy of each guest's passport, details of their residential address and the Italian tax code of the person who will sign the contract. Rent registration has a cost equal to 1% of the total amount of the rent (without taking into account the amount of the expenses - condominium expenses, gas, electricity, internet) plus the revenue stamps, for a minimum of € 50.00 per contract. This cost must be paid prior to check in and varies depending on the length of stay. Gas and electricity consumption are included in the monthly price up to a maximum of € 70/month. You are required to pay for any consumption that exceeds this monthly value.
