It has a 1.40 m double bed, a living room with a cozy couch to relax, a desk to work, a bathroom with shower and a cozy kitchen-living room, which invites you to sit and eat. It is very bright and is in the best city location. The space The entire apartment is at your disposal privately. And is privately furnished in the spirit of the classic Airbnb idea (private items). Make yourself at home! Please note the following restrictions: The apartment is on the fourth floor (no elevators) The location at an intersection can be problematic for noise-sensitive people. On average, however, it is very quiet. The arrival of a plant seedling shop on the ground floor creates a musty smell in the hallway. There is no influence on this and it is "no" reason for a complaint. Not suitable for families with young children. Other things to note The S-Bahn is 1 minute away with a direct line to the airport (20 minutes) and the main train station (5 minutes). The city center is a 5-minute walk away.
