The space The room is located above the garage of the home owner. There is one king bed with brand new mattress. There is a reclining love seat and recliner chair to watch the Roku tv from. Wake up in the morning and make toast and drink coffee or tea from the Keurig. A mini fridge is available for items also. A water cooler in the unit produces hot water for tea also. A small cooler will be available to borrow for day adventures! There are 11 stairs outside up from the parking area to the porch entrance. Guest access Access to the space will be with a key code that will be provided 24 hours prior to check in. Guests can use the area around the fire pit to sit and relax and enjoy the views and sunshine IF BOOKING AFTER SEPTEMBER, MAKE SURE YOUR VEHICLE IS 4WD or AWD with good tires due to the driveway on a hill.
