We do have the RNT and we pay the corresponding taxes. It is very likely that other guests are checking out the same day you're checking in, and our housekeepers will be cleaning your apartment, that's why the check in is after 3 pm and accessing the apartment before is not allowed. But don't worry, we have other places very close to the apartment, and if you need to leave your baggage, let us know so we can arrange something for you to leave your bags in another nearby place • Is the apartment cleaned regularly? We take cleanliness very seriously and you'll find the apartment sparkling clean when you arrive. If you are staying for 7 days or more, we can have our housekeeper clean the apartment once a week at no extra charge. Please let us know if you want to use this service with enough time, so we can arrange our housekeeper's schedule • I will arrive very late. Can I access anytime? Yes!
