Other things to note Due to internal policies, there are a few more things to consider prior to your reservation: -Parking fee: $120.00 MXN per day. - If your reservation is longer than 1 week, you must make a weekly payment for additional cleaning of $437 + VAT each. - We accept pets up to 15 kg, with a fee of $210 MXN per pet per night and a refundable security deposit of 1,000 MXN per pet (maximum 1 pet; pets must not be left unattended inside the unit) - Due to building policies, we will require you to provide us with a photo of your personal identification prior to your arrival.
