This beautiful house in the city center (one block of Avd. Corrientes) offers individual rooms to tourists and students from all around the world. The guests have their own bedroom and share together the kitchen and big terrace (with parrilla / barbecue) on the roof. It is a 2-storey house with totally 7 individual rooms (limited availability for 2 persons). Every room has its private bathroom and offers a double bed, desktop and a cupboard, some have a balcony. Unique location! Guest access There is a shared kitchen with integrated dining area on the second floor and a huge roof terrace on the top During your stay I am Swiss and speak German, French, English and Spanish. Feel free to contact me in any of these languages Other things to note The rooms are single rooms, with limited availability for 2 people in the same room. The surcharge for the 2nd person is USD 5 per night (to be paid on-site). Please note that the room shown in the title picture of the listing is just an example. Which of the 7 rooms you receive depends on availability.
