The dock has a swim platform and a covered 10x24 slip. Nearby attractions include Ha Ha Tonka State Park, Old Kinderhook Golf & Spa Resort, Lake Valley Golf Club. The completely updated (2022) house has an open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds, 1 oversized bunk bed), 2 full baths, washer and dryer, and huge deck that faces the water. If you need additional space, the other two houses are listed separately. In summer months, we offer the entire property with all 3 houses as a package deal.
