The space Our River Cave House features the traditional granite walls typical of this area & was originally the old storeroom of the building, previously used to house food for the farm animals. Recently completely renovated, this 1 bedroom apartment offers a unique combination of rustic style and modern amenities. It has a private entrance, a kitchenette & breakfast bar area plus a modern bathroom with shower. COZY LIVING SPACE with a couples sofa and a glass wall overlooking the river creates a beautiful setting to unwind and immerse yourself in the view. The dual aspect open-plan kitchen /dining /living space leads directly to a private outside deck. COMFORTABLE BEDROOM - granite-wall bedroom with a double bed with a garden/ river view is a special space for a quiet and peaceful good night sleep. The beds are made with white 100% cotton linen. In addition, you will find a a dresser and a hanger to make you feel right at home. The KITCHENETTE is fully equipped to prepare meals. You will find: • Makineta/ kettle • Espresso coffee cups and mugs • Wine glasses and bottle opener • Pots, pans and cooking utensils • Tableware, serving utensils and cutlery • Gas cooker (4 hobs) • Fridge/ freezer • Cleaning essentials • Basic essentials kit: Coffee, tea, olive oil, sugar, salt & pepper CLEAN BATHROOM AND SHOWER - towels and basic essentials kit (soap, shampoo and toilet paper). PRIVATE TERRACES - In addition to your private deck, overlooking the river meadow, you have the entrance outdoor seating area where you can enjoy your meal or drink any time of the day as the sun-umbrella provides the perfect shade. Guest access The entire cottage will be exclusively yours during your stay. The beaches and river are shared among other guests staying on the property. You are welcome to explore the shared areas of the property, but kindly note that there are some private areas that are inaccessible. We kindly ask that you respect the privacy of your hosts and fellow guests during your stay. For BBQ there is a possibility to use a designated barbeque area at the shared outdoors space subject of weather conditions. Please check with us. Other things to note We love animals and have a delightful and playful dog named Akila, who likes to make new friends. :) We welcome well-behaved pets and kindly request that you inform us beforehand if you plan to bring your furry friend along for the stay.
